I lost 1 pound exactly. That makes only 13.2 pounds to goal!!
Gained 0.2 pounds. So, basically a maintain. Still in the 140s, though! This is going ssssllllooooowwww now.
I lost 4 pounds for the month of June. Went down a whole size, though! Inches changes are much more dramatic at this weight loss pace than they were at 250.
I have just had horrible munchies yesterday and today. I ended up eating foods I hadn’t really planned on. After giving blood today, DH and I stopped for dinner and split a calzone, which I had with a side salad. In the old days, I would have not had a salad and eaten a whole calzone myself! Funny, I still felt hungry after eating that, and I said to myself that I could eat something else if I wanted to after one hour.
An hour and 1/2 later, and I felt not quite hungry, but not satisfied. So we went out for ice cream. Oooops. I had a small, and enjoyed every bite. This place makes their own ice cream, so it was worth it.
I figure it must be PMS or something causing the desire to eat. Or maybe the large amount of exercise I have done this week has something to do with it. Or, maybe it is just the phase of the moon LOL!
Lost 0.4 pounds this week. Not much, but I lost such a big amount last week that I am surprised I lost at all. Not to mention this puts me in the 140s!!!!!!!
Been hitting some pretty big milestones lately.
Today I jogged 2.5 miles in 38 minutes. I think that shaves me down to a 15 minute mile.
Today I feel like eating. Don’t know why, but I have been really hungry all day. Just one of those days where I have to grind it out, like I wrote below!
So I stepped on the scale this morning, thinking I would see a pound or so loss. The number 150.0 was there in beautiful LCD numbers. I stared for a few seconds, got off the scale and got back on. Same thing.
Still not believing it – I moved the scale around on the floor (this never makes any difference, mind you). Get back on – the same. After 5 times, I decided it must be real LOL!
I was not expecting this. That was a 2.4 pound loss, which any of you faithful readers of my blog know is quite a large loss for me in one week’s time.
I am thrilled, and yet scared. Goal is only 15 pounds away. 15 pounds, that seems like nothing.
Well, just goes to show you that you can’t predict anything! I was down 1.6 pounds. Shocked is the operative word here! But, I am happy!
Only 2.4 pounds to go to lose 100 pounds. Wow…..
Not sure what to expect on the scale tomorrow. Probably a gain from the weekend, and some water retention from the danged heat!!
It’s going to be tough for me to reach my goal of the 140s by July 4th (Freedom Day!!). This is why I don’t like date/weight goals, because the body never cooperates!
Tomorrow I will probably do an early morning jog again, although it is supposed to be cooler. Will see tomorrow. We go out to brekkie on Wednesdays, so getting a jog in before might not be feasible.

Been eating very well as of late. No real struggles with food.
Today I jogged for 2 1/4 miles! Took about 35 minutes or so. The first 1/2 mile was a real struggle, because I am really tired today (not enough sleep). I wasn’t sure I was even going to make the 2 miles. Once I got to 1.5 miles – I was totally on autopilot and did the extra 1/4.

Weigh in day and I lost 1 pound this week! Less than 20 pounds to get to goal! It’s going slow, but it is still going down.
Still waffling (mmmmmm…. waffles) about whether to drop or raise calories. Maybe I just shouldn’t change at all. I really don’t want to lower my calories with the amount of exercise I do, but it might move the scale faster. Then I need to remind myself that speed is not the goal.
I also wonder if I might lose faster if I feed my body a bit more. I’m just scared to do it LOL!

Lost 0.6 pounds this week. Not much – seems to be slowing down.

How is that for bouncing around! Up, down, up, down, up. Not sure why the huge difference between yesterday and today. That’s why weekly weighing is better for me.
Weigh in day and I lost 0.4 pounds. Kind of glad I lost something. With the way I felt last week and dinner out Monday, it could easily have been a gain!
Took a nice bike ride tonight. I really enjoy biking, especially along the paths.
Also did my lower body bowflex workout.
