It’s meme time!
I had been wearing the Fitbit at night to see my sleep and while I wasn’t really experiencing insomnia, it wasn’t great. I stopped wearing it at night because I didn’t want to see that LOL.
This week has been bad again. Up at 3:45 for the last couple of days. Ugh.
This, too, shall pass, but you kind of forget how bad insomnia feels until you get into a cycle again.
I’m really glad I work for myself so I don’t have to drag myself to an office ๐
Flower Friday coming up – if I’m awake enough LOL
Ughhhh, insomnia is awful. I hate during the school year when I wake up at 3 or 4 am, canโt get back to sleep, and know Iโm going to be tired for the day. My Fitbit just validated what I already knew. I get some deep sleep around 5am, but during the school year that is wake up time. Hope yours gets better. Looking forward to the blooms – no poppies (ala Wizard of Oz).
Yes, it was no surprise when I looked at my fitbit and saw my sleep patterns.
Lori, thinking of you during my vacation to Alaska this summer because of all the beautiful wildflowers that can be seen up here. Have you tried yoga for the insomnia? I’m thinking maybe the deep breathing and relaxation techniques would help. Hope this passes quickly.
I hope you are having a great time in Alaska!
Oh, how I hate insomnia!!! Hoping you can get back into a restful rhythm again, soon. It’s the worst!!
I feel you pain – I don’t even call it insomnia anymore, it’s just called how I sleep. ๐
I’m sorry to hear this! Are you still taking the Wellbutrin? And if yes, do you take it at night? That might be making yo aggravated and restless.
I’m sorry that you are still (again) having this problem. I sleep well with my CPAP machine, but I think I must have “age-related exhaustion!” That’s my excuse anyway.
