    I’ve followed and have been inspired by you to reclaim my own radiance. That being said, I plan on getting more physical at least 5 times a week. Thought that some light lifting could help with my muscle retention and am interested in “copying” some of your sets. BUT, what does that “Plus drop set” mean that you mentioned after your other lifts? Hoping you can help me out and explain it to me.
