Just when you think the garden is getting close to done and then new things pop up!
All 3 of my rose bushes are in bloom right now! Sunsprite.
The knockout:
Lots and lots of blooms on this one.
The scentimental also has several blooms on it.
Black-eyed Susan:
A few more blooms on the butterfly weed as well.
And not flowers, but a shot of dessert we had on our anniversary overlooking the circle downtown.
Happy Anniversary, Lori & John!! Here’s to 20, er 19 + 1, more!
Oh, crap. It’s 16, not 19. And the 20th ann. of dating isn’t until next week. Well–Happy anyway!
The Black-eyed Susan is on my list of fav flowers. I hope you enjoyed your anniversary and dessert.
How nice that your roses are still blooming! And those desserts – yum!
Is the floor finished? Hope I didn’t miss pics of the final product – don’t think I’ve missed any posts. Can’t wait to see it. The roses are beautiful. I know you hate to see the flowers end for the season.
Not even close to finished. We still have 2 more rooms to do! We are doing almost the whole downstairs as a continuous floor.
I don’t think your roses want to say goodbye for the season. I can’t say that I blame them!
pretty flowers and belated happy anniversary!!
the celebration dessert looks yummy!
BEAUTIFUL as always including those desserts!!!!!!! 🙂
Great photo’s of all your beautiful flowers!
So many of our flowers didn’t make it this year because of the drought. It was flowers or veggies/fruit, so guess what won. Kinda.
Did discover we have a rose bush at the front of our property. This is the first year we got a flower. Boy was it beautiful.
Thanks for sharing. And making me remember that we did finally see a beautiful red rose this year.
BTW: I’m back!!
