What a gorgeous day! We went to Panera Bread for breakfast:
Cream cheese and coffee not pictured 🙂
I am scheduled to work today, but there is very little to do, so I have been weeding the garden. I think it is going to take me a couple days to get caught up with the weeding!
This week’s blooms:
Dahlias
Had some lunch:
Then just checking the work load and more weeding! Today is a rest day for me (complete rest), but my thighs definitely feel it the next day when I do weeding. Maybe I should do it more??? 😀
Afternoon snack:

Does anyone know what this moth is? He was sitting on a cart in the grocery store. I’ve never seen anything like it.
*** Update – This little guy (or girl) is a Virginia Creeper Sphinx moth.
and you didnt run out screaming? at the cart I mean? 🙂
Ive spent too much time with a squeamish toddler I guess…. (and husband. shhhh :))
Love the Daisy!!! You must have a beautiful garden 🙂
Hope I didn’t scare you too much with my triathlon post! Once you get through the swim you’ll be golden. You’ve been doing a lot more bricks than I ever did, and hopefully your course has a little more flat ground! Having “triscuit” will help A LOT during the transistions too. 🙂 Enjoy your taper week!
It sounds like a good day to me. I have a son who would have loved to have seen that moth. Ever since he was a toddler he has had a fascination with bugs and creepy animals. We have taken hundreds of pictures of moths, butterflies, beetles, frogs, snakes, lizards, salamanders – you name it. 🙂
The food looks great! Love the gardens in upstate NY, I am from Utica, Ny.
That’s quite a moth! Whoa! haha Thanks for stopping by my site, I’m glad it led me to yours! You have an inspirational story 🙂
I still can’t wrap my brain around the green monster drinks – something about the color!
Your flowers are beautiful!! Wish I could garden, but plants come to my house to die!
