Okay – I am making a vow here that this weekend I will remain in control with my eating. My weekend starts on Friday (or officially Thursday night, I guess) – so that means I am going to eat moderately as of right now.
My challenges:
I do have breakfast out Friday, and I am going to focus on the best thing I can get on the menu. This will be after my Y workout, so it can be challenging when I am hungry!
On Saturday, we are going to spend the day biking, so I will have some frozen yogurt.
But no mindless snacking.
Anyone care to join me in the pledge?
Extra challenge to myself. Do 1 set of squats with 90# barbell on Friday!

Yes! I am headed to work Friday and Saturday, and those are my most ‘dangerous’ days, with unexpected goodies in the breakroom. I am on a roll eating right, and I really want to stay on that roll!

I’m in! Good luck with the breakfast out – for me, sometimes if I have a lunch date on my workout days, I’m actually extra good with what I order because I don’t want to “waste” what I did on my workout.

I’m in too! Have a friends barbecue on Saturday and started to think….a little bit of this and that will be OK. But no! Here’s to a great, sticking to our guns weekend!

Yes, I’ll take that challenge to eat moderately this weekend! I’ll be out of town, getting lots of exercise and lots of food temptations. Moderation sounds good.

Good luck with the weekend pledges! I save most of my activity points + weekly flex points just FOR the weekend but Im kind of beginning to re-think that strategy. You are up near Albany? We are in Ulster county!

It’s my ultimate goal to someday squat my body weight!! Right now I can only do 80 lbs though…
