Well, as I suspected – I am now up on the scale. 141.6 – going the wrong way! Some of that is water weight, but really a wake up call to tighten things up. Also – my body really seems to like to hover right here.
I ate really well today, so it’s a start.
Just so much going on with the new job training, getting tenants signed up for my rental, and just general stuff, you know? But those are all excuses, and convenient ones!
Someone posted on a message board a very wise and apt saying something like: “There are those times when we are going to turn towards food, as long as we are able to turn away again, we’ll be okay”.
You probably already have that snail turned around to go in the right direction.

Very wise saying that is! So true that it is more a mental struggle, we just have to continue to make the healthy choice!
I just started doing a weight-training program that follows that same method and I love it. I can feel myself getting stronger each day………… 🙂
True. We all have our moments when we might make some less than stellar choices, but as long as we’re on plan most of the time, we’ll get where we want to go. You’re so dedicated, I’m sure that snail will get to the end of his trail!
