Ugh. I was doing fine today, then for some reason after dinner I just munched and munched. Too many cashews, and some Grapenuts, and some chocolate chips.
Amazing how you can binge even when you have only good things in the house!
Not really sure what brought it on, but I am not letting myself eat another bite tonight. I am full, but still want to eat.
I am going to go up, brush my teeth and sit on my hands if I have to.
I was like that today but it hit me this afternoon. I did my 2 mile Walk Away the Pounds tape and I just kept munching. I just had a big salad with a chicken breast cut up in it but I feel like doing more munching. I think I will sit on my hands also. LOL

Sounds like me today. Munched and munched. Raw cashews, dark chocolate M&Ms, cake, fried bologna sandwiches – geez, I went overboard. No more tonight, at least to eat. ahhh yes. youre right that we (I? who can say :)) can SO TOTALLY overeat even when it’s good stuff.
