I’ve seen this comment posted a few times that people don’t know this, so I thought I would just make a post here!
If you are a member of Netflix, you can try a whole bunch of exercise dvds. Just go to the Genre tab and look under Sports and Fitness. Then choose Workouts and browse away! It’s awesome because you can try and discard without having to actually make a purchase and dislike it. Then if you really like the DVD, you can add it to your collection.
Same with Comcast on Demand, for those who have that cable provider. You can find exercise vids On Demand.
And for those who get Roku or have large enough computer monitors, you can get the Netflix exercise videos INSTANTLY, and use them whenever you want by streaming on computer or on television set. I love my Roku + Netflix set-up!

My wife gets exercise DVD’s from netflix all the time. She loves it, and it allows her to change things up a bit
I have been thinking about using Netflix for some time now. I think that is a good idea with the exercise tapes. I was just looking at one in Sam’s Club and I would hate to spend so much money and not like it. Thanks for the suggestion. Have a great weekend.
Ooo! Ooo! Another happy Roku+Netflix person here!
Does anyone have specific recommendations? I really like the “10 Minute Solutions Kickboxing Bootcamp” (Keli Roberts). I also like the Dance Off the Inches “Fat Burning Jam” and “15 Minute Express.” I tend to not like the chit-chat, but I don’t find these ones too annoying. I forget why, but I didn’t care for the Crunch dance ones as much…maybe as I get more agile I’ll try them again.
I love the Firm workouts, like Cardio Overdrive.
huh.
I really had no clue I could netflix exercise dvds.
thanks for the tip!
We’ve been looking for some fitness DVDs. I’ll have to check Netflix out!
If I don’t get my butt to the gym, I won’t work out…especially if I’m hanging out at home.I would so much rather vacuum or do laundry! HA!
