I lost 0.6 – the little snail keeps moving! I now weigh 138.8. Firmly in the 130s with a bit of breathing room.
That’s 111.2 pounds down, 3.8 to go. It will be about 5 years in January since I have been working on this, with some ups and downs. I kind of feel like I am maintaining now, since the losses are so slow – and I am pretty (fairly) comfortable with what I am doing.
Congrats, Lori! I’m all about “breathing room.” And for the record (and I know you already know this), but maintenance isn’t much different than weight loss. So you’re actually ahead of the game. Happy early anniversary. I hope you’ll post on your “official” #5.
Lori, you have to love it one the snail is going in the right direction. Congrats on your loss!
CONGRATULATIONS!!!
Do we get to throw confetti when you hit your goal!?
You did wonderfully – set the goal, did the work and got the reward! Congrats!!!
You are doing fantastic and once again, you are such an inspiration to me! Thanks!
You are doing fantastic and once again, you are such an inspiration to me! Thanks!
Man, Lori, I am so impressed. believe me, you are not maintaining, because every week almost you are able to post a loss. I didn’t realize you had been working on this for 5 years. It will be 4 years for me in January, and I am still hopeful to lose a bit more. You inspire me.
BTW, I am always intrigued by your recipes. I am going to have to bite the bullet and buy some of that protein powder. I guess I am afraid it will taste funny, like some of the protein bars that I buy.
I like how you track your weight in pounds and ounces. I got a digital scale and am doing that too.
Your snail is doing a great job!
You have done incredibly well to get so far and so close to your ultimate goal! Woohoo!
You are such an inspiration! Congrats on pushing that little snail along once again 🙂
Down 111.2! You rock!
111 lbs! It’s amazing on such a small frame. I bet your legs are very strong. Great job Lori!
