Yuck! The roasting magic sputtered on the radicchio. It was rubbery and very bitter tasting. I will not be getting this one again. Maybe just shredded into a salad, but only if it happens to come that way in a restaurant.
Won’t be entering my shopping cart any time soon.

I’m not sure how I missed your post yesterday, but how wonderful to promise yourself something so wonderful as a gift to yourself for reaching goal!
