I am going to eat the cleanest I possibly can this week. This blog is going to hold me accountable! I hereby promise that this week will be clean and focused!
The scale shows a gain from over the weekend, despite all the biking. I have decided that tomorrow I am going no cardio, since I have worked it hard for about a week straight now. Must take a rest day on my legs; it is so hard to do that!
Had a good jog today, although my legs were complaining pretty hard for the first 1/4 mile. That is what made me decide to give them a break tomorrow (wimps!!!).

My legs are a little tired from my last 2 days of running, so today I am taking a break.
Sounds like a good plan. Eating clean and resting your legs for a day will allow your body to ditch that water it’s clutching onto!
Since I usually try to eat low sodium, any time I indulge in restaurant food (like the chicken I had on Saturday) my ankles noticably swell a bit for a few days afterwards.
Eating clean is always good!
Maybe try something like yoga or callanetics for toning tomorrow for your no-cardio break?
