I am barely keeping it together with food today. I am really hungry. I can’t figure out if it is leftover from the 25+ mile bike ride yesterday, or the 15 mile one today, or if it is the effect of the Chinese food from Friday.
Whatever it is, I am uncomfortable with food right now. I really dislike that feeling. So, I ate some extra blueberries and dark chocolate chips. I am hoping that quiets things down. Will probably have some coffee later as well.
I am feeling very strong on my bike, though. Yesterday there was lots of hills on our ride and I made it up all of them, leaving John in the dust LOL! Poor guy.

Hey Lori! Somehow I found your blog, and I have really enjoyed reading through it. I recently started Nutrisystem and so far I am able to “tolerate” it. Thanks for the blog – it is very encouraging!
