I had a great time at the Y today with my sister. It was earlier Sunday morning, so it wasn’t too crowded. We didn’t really have to wait for any machines. Started off with 30 minutes on the treadmill, then on to the nautilus machines for a full body circuit workout.
Nice!! Felt so great, and fun to have a workout buddy 🙂
