I lost 1.2 pounds!! WooHoo! So close to the 150s.
Today was a heavy workout day. I did Day 2 of Couch to 5K. I decided to get up early and go, since it was going to be a lot warmer in the afternoon. My body wasn’t that thrilled about jogging at 7am! But, I did it.
I also did my full body bowflex workout. I think next week I am going to spread it out over 4 days, instead of doing full body 3 days a week.
Then I raked leaves. It isn’t even fall, and I had to rake leaves at my flip house – since it obviously wasn’t done last fall.
