Today I decided to do the Couch to 5K program. I tried this before about 20+ pounds ago and didn’t like it. Not quite sure why I feel the need to try again. I have been wanting to try some HIIT, and maybe this seems a good way to go about.
However – the first go around was way easier than I remember! I must be in better shape or something. The 60 second jogs were no problem, and I recovered very quickly. After 2 more times, then the 90 second jogs. That will be the real test. I never made it past the 2nd week the last time.
Could I really make it to goal?? Is it possible??
