Weigh in day was yesterday. Another 2 pounds down! That makes 78.5 gone. Very close to the 160s.
I am leaving tomorrow for my inlaws’ house. Am very nervous about eating. I am bringing portable foods so that I don’t totally go off program, but I see a lot of grilled chicken in my future at restaurants!
Bumping my calories up to 1350 seems to have helped with my losses. I was nervous being too close to 1200, and I think I was correct in eating more. Don’t want to plateau now!
