NS flame broiled beef patty
whole grain bread
mandarin oranges
steamed broccoli
Snack:
NS blueberry lemon bar.
Calories for the day 1326 (I try to stay below 1500 when eating non NS foods)
Did the WATP 3 mile exercise dvd as well, and got in all my water!
