I love posts on message boards that go like this:
“I ate 3 pints of chinese food tonight. Do you think it will affect my weigh in tomorrow?”
” I pigged out tonight, will I still lose weight at my weigh in tomorrow?”
Come on people! You just have to suck it up. No one owns a magic eight ball that will tell you if you will gain or not. You will only know when you step on the scale.
You always get what you deserve on the scale, just not always in the week you deserve it!
