Weekend time! Sort of. I still need to do job #2, but whose counting at this point?
I was looking forward to a calorie busting workout today and I got one. I had a piece of yummy toast and jam prior to leaving.

Happy Monday! After taking Sunday off from all but a short walk, I was up to hit the gym this morning. Drank some protein and biked there. My legs felt pretty good, I have to say.

What’s blooming and where’s my hair?

Weekend!  Yahoo!  I slept in until about 6:50 before I was unable to keep my eyes closed anymore.  It was raining when I got up, too, so I drove to the gym.  I did a warm up on the treadmill (I got it up to 3.5 mph!!!)
