Happy Columbus Day (or Thanksgiving for my northerly neighbors). I am working today, so here is a recap of Sunday and Fright Fest at 6 Flags Great Escape in Lake George. Sunday was the Cram part of Stuff and Cram weekend. Phew. John and I each got free tickets for going to the blood donation [...] I took a day off from blogging yesterday (the keyword post was scheduled ahead of time), but we sure did have a nice day. Woke up after a good night’s sleep and made up some protein waffles topped with pear/cranberry topping (the apple topping just make with a pear instead) John and I decided [...] So today the weather was nice and we decided it would be the day we went to Great Escape (6 Flags). I was a little nervous, because this is the first time I have appeared in public in a swimsuit in at least 2 years. I know it’s silly, but that doesn’t stop the self [...] |
 
I'm a 43-year-old who has undertaken a journey to lose 115 pounds without surgery. It's taken me years, but I'm almost there! Currently maintaining 105 pound loss. |
