Last day of the work week for me! Thursday’s are run days for me. I snacked on a couple pieces of protein waffles with jam before hitting the gym. This was a nice snack. It’s also good to know this recipe does well reheated in the toaster oven.

Gained 0.2 pounds. So, basically a maintain. Still in the 140s, though! This is going ssssllllooooowwww now.I lost 4 pounds for the month of June. Went down a whole size, though! Inches changes are much more dramatic at this weight loss pace than they were at 250.

Who is Lori?
