I don&#039;t know if you remember, but a while ago I asked which region of the country you live in, since I was struck by the architecture of the houses in some of your post photos. I think I have an idea of the area you live, based on where you posted you caught the train to NYC (I used to live in Montreal).  I would come down to your area for a weekend away, and go to Target.  At that time, there was no Target in Plattsburgh, so I&#039;d go to the one just south of Lake George.

I love that area of NY!  Beautiful!

NICE lifting session! You will feel those good mornings today I think. They made my hammies verrrry sore last week. I also really like the looks of that flax-cake. I&#039;ll add that to my &quot;experiment&quot; list too ;)

Hey, I have been doing that protein powder/water mixture too for snacks! I mix in 100% cocoa or cinnamon like you or maybe some PB (or that powdered PB) or other things I can think of... I love it! I am also experimenting with the pancake thing off of another blog. She puts cream of tartar to fluff it &amp; a couple other things...

I&#039;m wondering if I&#039;m just too lax with mine. I tend to guesstimate or round up on a lot of my lunches, which are homemade leftovers from the night before.
