		<description>Excellent post Lori!! I think so many people who have a lot of weight to lose focus on cardiocardiocardio because it&#039;s what&#039;s burning the calories. But weight lifting is such a HUGE part of the equation!! And like I always ramble on about, it&#039;s a major confidence booster. Or in your case, a &#039;superpower&#039; ;) Not to mention, doing chinups is badass. Plain and simple.

		<description>I love the weights &amp; weight lifting as you know!!! I figure I deserve to be in that weight room just as much as the guys &amp; quite honestly, my form is a lot better than theirs! When I was lifting to get big, they left me alone big time! Now, they see how serious I am &amp; that I have muscles so they leave me alone! :-)

I&#039;m glad I got over my far of the &quot;guy&#039;s area&quot; too because now I feel right at home with the rest of the muscle guys lol. Did you like the 28 Day Shapeover book or NROL4W more?  I&#039;m gearing up mentally to start NROL4W on Monday.  Still scared of the weight room for some reason but I&#039;ll never get over it unless I get in there and start lifting.  I would LOVE to have some cut arms. :)
