Everyone I know who has gone came home sick. I guess it sort of stick in my head, being stuck on a ship with a thousand other people with swine flu I guess that's a little anti vacation but, that's me! haha I am so sure your blood donation has everything to do with your run/energy. you have 1 less pint of blood to carry oxygen to your muscles...and they feel it! I go thru about a week of fatigue after every blood donation..that and I have super low blood pressure! your cups of latte always make me want some coffee!
