Gingerbread bagel time!
Fa-la-la-la-la! It’s that time again at Panera 
Gingerbread bagels!
We almost biked to PB since it was in the upper 40s, but it was wet and soggy. I guess it won’t hurt me to have a day off, anyway.

I think if someone made a cranberry bagel with eggnog cream cheese I might pass out in a foodgasm. 
My work week started today. I stepped on and broke my work headphones (sigh….) and have been using these now:
Makes me look like I should be on a runway directing planes! I love the sound on these, but not wearing them for 8 hours, as they make my ears sweat… ewwww…
Lunch was some greek yogurt, strawberries and Hemp granola (140 calories for 1/2 cup!):
I have been having another super productive day. I managed to make more batches of soap for this customer (she ordered again), roasted coffee, worked all my lines, and got my refinance loans scanned and uploaded! I don’t know what is going on with my organization and productivity, but I will take it Way more productive than this one:
However, I have been too snacky today.

Okay, a couple of those…. and a Zone bar. It’s one of those days where I just want to *eat*! Frustrating.
We found some crab cakes at the grocery store yesterday, and each one has 150 calories and 8 grams of protein. Not bad stat-wise and quite good taste-wise!
Tonight is some football watching since I got so much done today. I think I lost the picks this week. Last week we tied, so we didn’t get dinner out!
Question: What is your favorite flavor of the season?
I love cranberries and pumpkin. I try to use them at other times of the year, but the holidays just seem so much more appropriate of a time to use them. In fact, tonight I’m making roast chicken with cranberry sauce for dinner! I never got hooked on eggnog, but it sounds like you LOVE it!

Definitely pumpkin – today I sprinkled pumpkin pie spice (Lynn Bering’s idea) onto my Fage, and threw in some dried cranberries and a little Kashi Golean Crunch – so good!
Gingerbread bagels sound really good…wonder if I could bribe my kids to stop at their Panera on the way home for Thanksgiving?

Oh, those bagels sound totally DELISH. I love peppermint ice cream and eggnog. Luckily, I am able to resist both of those (relatively) well. LOL

Yep, it does look like you should be directing planes lol. On Thursday I had a 1/2 a gingerbread bagel, it was yummy. I’m sooooo enjoying pumpkin too the past few weeks, it was you that kept reminding me I needed to get some at the store. I have those days where I just want to eat too, it is frustrating.

Does eggnog cream cheese actually exist!? Because that would be aaaawesome!!! Gingerbread is definitely one of my favourite seasonal flavours. I also love candy canes. Which aren’t really a flavour a guess, but I look forward to them every year
That’s such a pretty picture of you with the headphones on! I have to wear these gigantic ones at work for sound editing and recording. I get good sound from them but I’m pretty sure they’re heavier than my head
It just occurred to me that working from home must be difficult at times because the kitchen is so close by. It would be hard not to be in there snacking all the time!

Can a cookie or candy be a ‘favorite flavor? Russian teacakes, and my grandma’s cinnamon walnuts are my favorite christmas treat, with a cup of light eggnog. heh heh!
