I saw that comment on carbs.... I used to be able to eat more carbs cause I worked out so hard I still do but man, with my age &amp; hormone issues, I have had to really change them! UGH, I hate getting older &amp; hormones!!! I used to be able to eat a bagel every day on top of all my other food &amp; carbs.. now down to one a week at most. I have replaced with the super healthy breads though. I am not giving up my breads!
