Hey Lori!! Thanks for the comment. I love meeting other bloggies and I'm loving your blog! 11 5 pounds? That is awesome. You look great. I just got some Annie's bunnies tonight to add to my yogurt--what a coincidence!

Great blog and congrats on your weight-loss success! My husband would be the type to leave one strawberry in the container. It's as if he's trying to say, "see, aren't I nice, I didn't eat them ALL?" You cat is really pretty! :)

I sweat and turn alarming shades of red when I exercise heavily. (I did this when I was a youngster, too, so I know it's "normal" for me.)

Hmmm...oatmeal with PB and jam? I hadn't thought of that combo, but it sounds great! I usually use sugar-free maple syrup.

Hope you have a nice visit with your MIL!

My back sweats unbelievably when I run, but other than that, I don't really sweat. Could it be that i'm not pushing myself hard enough. Hmmm...

Its so funny i can freezing my butt off when i walk out the door at 50 degrees but a mile down the road i'm sweating! I get red in the face too and i'm sure people think i'm dying. Oh well i like how i look and feel once i'm all done and had my shower. So i guess i'll keep doing it again and again and again! LOL!

Wow, do I ever sweat. I am like Shelley in needing to wear a headband to keep the sweat from my eyes. At least we can ALL be proud of our sweat because we are working for it! LOL.

Don't you love being able to still run outside most days? We are having mild weather and the snow is staying away so I am taking advantage and getting outside for my runs.

The one strawberry. Looks familiar! LOL.

Don't mind my shirt ignorance but, what exactly is a technical shirt?

I always feel so bad for the teddys! LOL

I have found that I don't sweat A LOT, but my face turns super, super red and I get super hot. If I had a fan blowing in my face while I exercised I could go for so much longer.

I love the teddy grahams in the bowl, cute lunch! McCann's oatmeal is my favorite btw!

I sweat quite terrible. Also I'm very pale and have kind reddish undertones to my skin so I turn almost purple and look like I'm about to die when I work out!
