Those bars look good.  I&#039;ll have to be on the look out for them! 

I wish some of our chinese places had brown rice...

		<description>I like to get my workouts done in the morning, but I like to bike ride in the evenings.  Of course, I&#039;m not doing bike rides like you are, so I guess that&#039;s why I don&#039;t see them as much of a workout. 

On the Attune bar - does it taste like a chocolate candy bar?  It looks great!

		<description>The Chinese food looks great. We&#039;re going to have that on Sunday because we&#039;re out the whole afternoon and I don&#039;t feel like cooking then. I know myself :) 

I don&#039;t mind running in the dark. But I have to run in the village where I live because where I normally run there are no lights. So that part of running in the dark I don&#039;t like. But the option is running indoors at the treadmill which I hate.

		<description>Usually right after work say 4pm ish. But I thoroughly enjoy it when i have a day off and can get motivated enough to get out there for a run early. AND i enjoy an evening run when i get to watch the sunset. Gotta be flexible . Jinx!</description>

		<description>Attune Bars! My 3yo went through a year w/ lots of ear infections + antibiotics so I had her eating lots of Attune bars to get the balance back into her gut.  They do taste great, don&#039;t they?

That is some will-power w/ the carrot cake. That&#039;s one of my faves!

Lately for exercise I have been taking brisk 4 mile walks. I want to get back into weight training though. Just need to take that first step and stick w/ it.</description>

I&#039;d planned my long run for after work, but never even considered a chunk of it would be in the dark - on the trails! Not cool. Ideally, I like mid-morning for exercise. A couple hours after a get a good breakfast and big mug of coffee in me :)

I much prefer morning exercise.  I like to get up and get it over with.  Unfortunately, that&#039;s only possible one day a week.  Otherwise, it&#039;s lunch time workouts.
