The scale is continuing to creep downward for me, another pound so that is about 2.8 for the month so far! I am pretty excited about that 😀

Way to go on the lose, 2.8 lbs so far this month is terrific. I did have a good lose last week but this week not sure I’m going to manage one. I’m ok with that though. I’m trying to get out of my funk and get back on track.

Finally weighed myself on Saturday and am down 2 pounds…woot! Not sure if I can squeak out another 2 before the end of the month, but I’m happy with the way my body is changing!

Yay on the scale going down! Sounds like you’re doing awesome 🙂 Still managing to shake things up in my kitchen and eating more “from scratch” foods. I was pretty pleased with my samosa attempt last week 🙂 Going to the market on Saturdays has definitely helped! Lots of fresh ingredients on hand to inspire me. This week I’ll be making another big dish, some homemade bars and hopefully some muffins!

I have been using my Wii fit to weigh myself as I don’t own a scale. According to my wii, I have gained 4.4 lbs since last Thursday. I am really hoping it is water retention from the huge ice-cream I ate yesterday and the extreme lack of water for the last 4 days. Must keep my water intake up and steady! That puts me at 1 lb heavier than when I started the challenge. 😕

Well, I’m up a pound on the week-to-week. I’m doing fine tapering my exercise this week, but I’m not doing so fine on tapering the caloric intake to match. So at this point, I’d be happy to end the month at the same point I started it, weight-wise.

I’m hanging in there. No wine so far this week, and the BF told me I was looking very slim when he saw me in the kitchen. I have a dinner out Saturday night to contend with this week, and my mini-goal is to make it to Saturday with no wine. I have a drinks thing tomorrow night for work. To be honest, I’d rather not go. Is it sad that I look at social engagements as a pain in the a** thing to negotiate when I’m trying to lose weight? Anyway, if I do go, the challenge will be to have a perrier and not a glass of wine. Only because then it will be hard to stop drinking and will likely make me eat more. And I’d rather save my wine calories for dinner out Sat night with my friends. So, I’ll keep pushing on!
