I am doing pretty well. Down 1 pound, so that is 1.8 for the month of September. Almost 1/2 way to my goal of 4 pounds. Struggled a little with eating on Friday and Saturday, but was right on Sunday and yesterday. Need to somehow come up with a better plan for F & Sat.

Hanging in there…I will weigh myself in the next couple of days to see if I’m on track as well.
Ooh! ooh! I want that roasted coffee! 😛 I’m doing good too, I just cooked THREE new dishes. Two are in the fridge for tomorrow, one I’m eating right now 🙂 Going to hopefully make my own protein bars this week.

Struggling. My eating and exercising are great but, the 1.2 lbs I lost came back and then down 1 again today. Still keeping at it though!
Food and exercising are going great. If things hold steady scale-side, I’ll be down at least 1 lb this week (and back to 5.3 from breaking into the 170s).
I lost .4 pounds this week. Slow but steady. I better go a little faster or I won’t make my goal by the end of September.
I guess I missed out on the September challenge somehow. This post caught my eye with the roasted coffee though. I just roasted a couple of batches tonight – one Ethiopian and one Kenyan. I cannot wait to try one on Friday.

My challenge was to limit my wine intake to try and mimic the good results I had last month when I wasn’t feeling like drinking any. So far…not so great. I had a winey weekend, and then dinner out last night with friends at a place full of gorgeous South African wines. Er..broke my rule of no wine on weekdays. BUT, that’s been my only weekday slip up so far. Otherwise, I’ve just been drinking more on weekends than I would like. I struggle to stick to that one serving of 4 ounces. But I’m working on it!
Lost 4 pounds last week and worked out 4 times instead of 5.
I was up on the scale since last week but tonight is weigh-in and I’m hoping to get back to at least the weight I was at the beginning of the month. I’m fighting to get into the 100’s this month so a huge milestone for me if I can make it. I did make stir-fry last week and this week so getting in the veggies at least.
