I don't tend to over eat because of hunger, I over eat for emotional reasons. If I only ate because I was hungry, I doubt that I would have a weight problem.<br/><br/>That's a pretty kitty! That's the main reason I don't follow Core. If I knew when I was full, then I would have never had a weight problem to begin with.
